We check our Instagram newsfeeds and see Kim Kardashian wearing a waist trainer, promoting a specific brand, and suddenly every young woman wants one so they can get fit just like her. Why do we act this way? We’re impulsive buyers and thinkers, and our actions stem through advertising- the most powerful method of promoting a brand. It is evident that advertisements have a huge effect on everyone on this planet. We are influenced on a daily basis by everything we read and see. There are many ways in which advertisement can be done, but in today’s society, social media has taken the forefront.
